BOOTH FEE

NZ$80 + GST

Payment is requested only after your application has been approved.

1.9m × 0.8m

One table is included with each standard booth.

SEATING

Chairs

Chairs are placed directly behind the table within your allocated booth space.

VENUE

Indoor only

Cooking is not permitted at Panmure Community Hall.

Standard booth space

A standard booth is not a 3m × 3m market-stall site. It includes the space needed for one 1.9m × 0.8m table and chairs directly behind it. If you need a larger footprint, please contact us before applying.

Food & beverage vendors

Food and beverage vendors are subject to prior approval. Vendors are responsible for meeting all applicable food-safety, registration, licensing and other legal requirements. Cooking is not permitted at the venue.

Tell us about your business, products, services, workshop or demonstration.

REVIEW

We review your application

We consider the overall vendor mix. We may contact you if a very similar offering is already confirmed.

CONFIRM

Pay the booth fee

Approved vendors receive payment instructions. Your booth is confirmed after payment is received.

PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

Approval first.
Payment second.

Submitting the form does not guarantee a vendor space. Approved applicants will receive payment instructions. Payment must normally be completed within one week, or by the specific deadline stated in the approval email.

Your booth is confirmed only after full payment has been received. If payment is not received by the deadline, the space may be offered to another applicant.

BANK TRANSFERNZ$80+ GST

An invoice is sent via Zoho Books after approval.

CARD PAYMENTNZ$80+ GST

A card-processing fee also applies and varies depending on whether the card was issued in New Zealand or overseas.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Plan with
confidence.

BY 21 OCTOBER 2026

Refund available

A refund will be provided, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees.

FROM 22 OCTOBER 2026

Generally non-refundable

As a general rule, booth fees are non-refundable from this date onwards.

ORGANISER CANCELLATION

Full refund

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, the booth fee will be refunded in full.
